Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Website.
